The Description of Hajj and Umrah 2.

When he arrives in Makkah, it is desired for him to wash and uncover his right shoulder and cover the left before he begins the Tawwaf(i.e. going round the Ka'abah). It is a condition that he must be in a state of Wudu(Ablution) when doing Tawwaf. It is also desired for him to touch the black stone and kiss it, but if he is unable to kiss it he should touch it and kiss his hand, if he is unable to do that he should raise the palm of his hand towards it without kissing it. He should repeat that in every round and he should begin every round with Takbeer saying "ALLAHU AKBARR", if he begins the Tawwaf by saying "BISMILLAH ALLAHU AKBARR" that will be better.

And when he reaches the Yemeni corner he should touch it without kissing it, but if he is unable to touch it he should not raise his palm towards it and should not say the Takbeer. He should say between the two corners – which are the Yemeni corner and the corner of the black stone –

"‏رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ"‏ ‏.

Which means: "Our Lord, grant us the good in this world and the good in the Hereafter and save us from the torment of Hell Fire."

He can make any supplication he wishes to make throughout the rest of the Tawwaf. It desired for him to do Raml(i.e. move faster than normal walking as if he is jugging) in the first three rounds – Raml is more than walking and less than running -  and continue with normal walking in the remaining four rounds. After completing the seven rounds he should cover his shoulders with his Ihram cloth. Then he should go to Maqam Ibrahim reciting the verse:

{وَاتَّخِذُوا مِن مَّقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى} (البقرة: 125).

{And take, [O believers], from the standing place of Abraham a place of prayer.} (Al-Baqarah: 125). And pray two rak'ats(units) behind Maqam Ibrahim, reading in the first rak'ah Surah Al-Kafirun and in the second rak'ah Surah Al-Ikhlas, if is unable to pray behind Maqam Ibrahim due to the crowd and congestion and the like he can pray anywhere in the Masjid.

This Tawwaf is called Tawwaf Al-Qudum for the one performing Ifrad and Qiran Hajj and it is called Tawwaf Al-Umrah for the Mutamatti'e.

After which it is permissible for him to drink from Zamzam, pour it on his head and then return to the black stone and touch it if possible.
